ARTISTS OF THE DANCE THEATRE OF HARLEM
See Lindsey Donnell and Kouadio Davis of the DANCE THEATRE OF HARLEM perform as guests artists in the ballet Delicate Nature choreographed by Donna Salgado. Through performances, community engagement and arts education, DTH carries forward the message of empowerment through the arts for all.

Based in Annapolis, Ballet Theatre of Maryland produces high-caliber classical and contemporary ballet performances that engage the mind, spirit, and hearts of Marylanders. Showcasing a wide range of powerful quality ballets, BTM performs at venues throughout the state.

BALLET THEATRE OF MARYLAND
Led by Darion Smith, JANUSPHERE is a professional dance company centered on the themes of creation, collaboration, and community enrichment. Smith danced professionally with the Dance Theatre of Harlem, Metropolitan Opera Ballet, Buglisi Dance Theatre, and New York Theater Ballet, among others.

DANCE ARTIST & FILMMAKER | MILAN MISKO
MILAN MISKO is an artist whose critically acclaimed dance film, Transportation, was presented at the Dance on Camera Festival at Lincoln Center. He has worked with many companies, including Jessica Lang Dance, filming and producing promo videos, TV commercials, and the multimedia production, This Thing Called Love, featuring the art, music, and voice recordings of Tony Bennett.

JONATHAN ZAPUCHE is a rising Maryland talent that is currently the youngest violinist in the Peabody Youth Orchestra. He has won first place at the Little Mozart International Music Competition, second place at both the London International and Manhattan International Music Competitions, and most recently performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City.

CONTINUUM CONTEMPORARY/BALLET
CONTINUUM is a New York City based dance company comprised of classically trained dancers with contemporary artistic voices. Led by Directing Artist Donna Salgado, the company performs work that plays in the concert dance spectrum while celebrating a spirit of dancemaking that is inspiring and progressive.

FESTIVAL GUEST ARTIST | ERIC TROPE
ERIC TROPE is a choreographer, dancer, répétiteur, and teacher. A distinctly inventive and creative artist, Eric has performed professionally with the Miami City Ballet, Pennsylvania Ballet, and Ballet X, among others. Discover his artistry and see his choreography come to life at the inaugural festival.

GEORGINA PAZCOGUIN | THE ROGUE BALLERINA
GEORGINA PAZCOGUIN, otherwise known as the “Rogue Ballerina”, is a former soloist ballerina of the New York City Ballet, and the company’s first Asian American dance artist ever to be promoted to an upper tier. Georgina is cofounder of Final Bow for Yellow Face and a producer of Here Lies Love on Broadway.

ANDREA ALLMON is a member of the Washington Ballet. Entering her eighth season, she recently made debuts as Polyhymnia in George Balanchine's Apollo, Snow Queen in Septime Webre's The Nutcracker and The Lilac Fairy in the Washington Ballet's production of Sleeping Beauty.

Celebrating over 30+ years of performances, ESBT is a local pre-professional ballet company that has gained statewide recognition for its annual presentations of The Nutcracker and an impressive repertoire of ballets performed during their Spring Gala seasons including Swan Lake, Coppélia, and Sleeping Beauty.

CONTINUUM is a New York City based dance company comprised of classically trained dancers with contemporary artistic voices. Continuum aims to expand the role of creativity in ballet by engaging in processes that encompass experimentation, collaboration, new vocabularies, and design.
