Believed to have been brought here via a shipwrecked vessel in the late 18th or early 19th century, these majestic animals are both beautiful and wild. Roaming all parts of the island, expect to see the ponies during your visit, but view them from afar. You can learn more about the ponies, their history, and safe visiting practices, here.
